Our three-year ESG Strategy was developed to articulate our priorities, provide clear actions to meet our objectives, and enable us to monitor our progress against agreed targets. Our goals align and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals.

Our three-year ESG Strategy was developed to articulate our priorities, provide clear actions to meet our objectives, and enable us to monitor our progress against agreed targets. Our goals also align with, and contribute to, the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Going forward, our ESG Strategy will cover a rolling three-year period and an annual review will ensure that goals and targets are aligned, appropriate, and relevant for Molycop to achieve its strategic objectives.

Our strategy includes three strategic pillars being:

  • Doing better for the future, with a focus on environmental material topics;
  • Doing what matters, ensuring our people focus and community contribution is maintained; and
  • Doing what’s right, managing our organisation with strong ethical standards and values and governance frameworks.

 We also believe that positively innovating what we do is crucial and underpins everything that we do. We are always striving to improve, to think, and to do things differently. We see this as core to our business.

In delivering against our strategic pillars, we have three key goals, confirmed during our materiality assessment, which we are working towards, reflecting our ambition to be a sector leader in worker health, safety and wellbeing, decarbonisation, and materials sourcing.
